For the background, I ink blended my favorite rainbow blend of Distress oxide inks--salvaged patina, squeezed lemonade, and kitsch flamingo. Then I cut it out with Shimmer Lights cover.
I created hanging banners with Docket Lil Banners, twine, and patterned paper. The sentiments were white heat embossed using sentiments from Celebrating You and Easy Sentiments.
