Hi crafty friends! We are highlighting the new hilarious sentiment set Cheeky Birthday on the ME Blog!
I had so much fun with this card! Funny sentiments and puns, gaaaahhh, totally my jam! I also was excited to try out my new Olo markers that I gifted myself for Christmas, haha! The inspiration for this card was the pun "getting old succs" [sucks] hahaha so of course Little Succulent Agenda was perfect for this.
I wanted the sentiments to be in speech bubbles but didn't have any dies that were large enough to fit the Cheeky Birthday sentiments, so I had to do some creative partial die cutting with the Let's Chat dies. I made the "getting old" on my computer and cut it out with the banner die from Mega Flipper. Sometimes when I want to make a custom sentiment but don't have stamps in the right font or size, I will create it on the computer and that is perfectly fine!
